DGM - Residential Buildings & Factories Finishes (20-22 yrs)
- DGM (Finishes)/Cluster Head (Finishes) - Residential Buildings & Factories business, Mumbai
- Will manage a Cluster for now. Corporate level role.
- BE Civil/Architecture Civil is a MUST.
- 60% throughout Academics is a Must too.
The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following :
- To promote, supervise and control all matters connected with the finishes works of the cluster of project sites.
- To ensure that contractual obligations are met in time and to the quality requirements to the satisfaction of the Client
- To be fully aware of Contract documents - Technical specs, Contract conditions, Drawings, BOQ.
- To schedule approvals - Vendor, Shop drawings, Materials, Methodology, HPC, Mock-ups etc to facilitate proper execution of finishes.
- Monitor material management - Procurement & Reconciliation
- Setting up work procedures, Check lists, protocols, resolving discrepancies & comprehensive cycle time.
- Team management - Assigning Tasks & Monitoring
- Coordination with related trades & services
- Adhere to targets on Quality
- Target on innovations, avoid reworks & revisits, wastage control, Good house-keeping, Finishes protection, mechanization & digitization.
- Inputs to Planning Dept. on Revisions, changes affecting Cost & Time schedule
- Weekly quality audits.
- Handing over, setting team for DLP & contract closure formalities
- You will be responsible for formulating policies to identify, design and impart training on regular basis for staff, subcontractor, workmen and visitors and assess impact / improvements.
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers & consultants to ensure no interruption occurs due to Finishes work.
- Will perform any other related duties of Finishes as management may require from time to time
- Identify & implement best practices and measure improvements.
Qualification : Full time degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
Experience : 20 years in building construction. Sufficient experience in high-end Finishes work for residential buildings.
