DGM - Vehicle Maintenance - HEMM (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- The garage head will be responsible for all activities carried out the in department, viz.;
- Implementing of systemised methodology of all work carried out in the garage.
- Creating of data and history records of work done.
- Controlling of cost at each level
- Utilisation of men-power and available resources.
- Control supervisors activities
- Liaising with managers at sites in order to adapt protocols and procedures.
- They are into Mining Operations & also a Processing Unit.
- They are into an Expansion Mode and have a Pilot project
- Will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop for the various vehicle maintenance and ensuring productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of overall department. It requires the job holder to co-ordinate resources and liaises with internal & external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time and to a quality standard as well as customer satisfaction.
