Skills Required :
- Must have relevant Diploma (Mandatory)
- Age must be 25 to 45 years
- Minimum 3 to 25 Years in Ductile Iron Pipe Industry
- Sound Technical Knowledge of Finishing Line of DI Pipe,
- Knowledge of Line balancing and WIP Management including planning and execution of entire process
- Knowledge of Process Flow of DI Pipe
- Necessary Managerial skills to work in accordance with and manage plant supervisors workmen
- Good Analytical Skills
Responsibilities :
1. Overall responsible for Finishing Line Balancing including planning & execution
2. Responsible for WIP - Pipe size wise & grade wise segregation planning & execution
3. Preparation of MIS, Checking Data in SAP, Rate Efficiency preparation, Consumption preparation
4. Troubleshooting and Analysis
5. Manpower Management
