Die Process Engineer - Manufacturing Industry (5-10 yrs)
Hiring for Leading Auto Component Manufacturing Company
Responsibility:
- Lead development of process flows, process sheets, DFMEAs, tool lists and control plans.
- Responsible for manufacturing feasibility study for GDC/LPDC parts from customer drawings.
- Conduct & prepare APQP, DFMEA, Control plans documents for die, Die process plans
- Should be capable to handle independently die design, generated 3D die data and 2D drawings.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a GDC/LPDC aluminum foundry / Die manufacturer.
- Knowledge of Die design(NX,Catia) and simulation softwares (Magma.Anycasting or any other simulation software)
- Knowledge of auto component manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of GDC / LPDC process with Cold box coring process
- With preferably knowledge of Excel/ Power point
