Digital Manufacturing Engineer - Electronics (3-7 yrs)

Position Specific duties:
Education :
- Create Methods and Job Design for the manufacturing process
- Create Work Standards and Instructions for the manufacturing process
- Engineering Change Management, Lean Manufacturing
- Perform Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis as required by working in cross functional team with Quality engineering QE
- Assist Lead Engineers in preparing the work projection and managing small team deliverables with contingents or other Deere resources.
- Training new team members on processes and standards followed at unit and help them get up to speed on various deliverables and E-tool skills
- Background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, power systems, etc)
Required skill :
- Knowledge of assembly process and industrial engineering practices, systems, and tools
- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools
- Knowledge of engineering systems, tools, and database
Desired Experience
- Virtual Engineering tools, ERP-SAP, New product introduction
- Virtual Manufacturing Electronics Tools
- Shop floor experience 3 - 5 Yrs
- Process Planning and Line Design
- Knowledge on Torque Tools
Education - BE (Mech, Mechatronics)
