Job Profile :
- Creation of CAD & Revit models and production drawings
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plants using CAD software specifically Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
- Lead and coordinate with other employees to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs
- Provide BOM management along with sourcing support of all components within the design
- Perform and make necessary design decisions/judgments during the course of work as required based off of intellectual thought
- Communicate and assist other departments with calculations and datasheets
- Develop and maintain 3D models
- Must work closely with the clients to create BIM design, BIM specific 3D Models and create detailed execution plans, assign teams, calculate operational capacity and plan deliverables.
- Must have hands on with Revit, CAD, Dynamo etc
- Leading a design team to work closely with engineers and architects in vast variety of building types - commercial, residential & industrial.
- Work closely with engineers to assemble complete BIM project drawings in Revit.
Key Skills :
- Revit Architecture, Navisworks, Revit Structure & AutoCAD
Required Experience and Qualifications
- B. Arch Degree or M.Arch
