Job Description
- The Buildings & Places Lead have commercial and operational responsibility of the business unit and will be responsible for but no limited toLeading and growing the Buildings and Places team in India
- Formulating the Business Unit plan so that is aligned to the objectives of the UK/UAE Managing Director and the wider business strategy and vision.Taking ownership for the delivery of the business strategy
- Taking ownership of the business unit.Recognized leader in specialist Civil Engineering discipline with hands on experience in large projects including hotels, office and retail buildings, hospitals, stadiums and arenas, resorts and schools.
- Experience in a similar role managing services including Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture and Interior Design
- Proven record in building and maintaining effective client relationshipsA Civil Engineering degree recognized by the indust
