Director - Digital Modelling

- Are you an established partner to the business and can you bring solid leadership and stakeholder management skills to the table? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as Director-Digital Modelling, which involve piping, P&ID and BIM design.

- Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will guide and support a team of 4 dedicated managers focusing on Piping, P&ID and BIM (+120 employees in total).

- Furthermore, you will be a part of the local management team heading up an organization of around 500+ passionate employees working within pharma engineering and in close collaboration with our HQ in Denmark and US office.

- Our Digital Modelling department is characterized as being dynamic and agile as we work from an improvement and learning mindset. Together with our Piping and BIM colleagues in Denmark, we ensure a best-in class deign delivery for our impressive portfolio of projects.

How you might spend your days ? 

- You will guide and support your team in a dynamic environment. You will have varied workdays with broad contact to the organization. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to :

- Together with your team, ensure that all processes and operations run smoothly and are adapted to the future.

- Ensuring necessary experienced team availability, so that project management can execute large API projects.

- Continuous contact to key stake holders to follow-up and support performance of disciplines in the projects. Support and mitigate changes, project errors or customer complaints.

- Ensuring effective implementation of Org's system, tools, and process within department for successful delivery of project.

- Supporting our journey towards integrated organization by aligning processes and policies towards our head office in Denmark.

- Guide, coach and inspire an engaged and highly skilled team.

- A degree within Engineering or equivalent with additional executive program in Business management or equivalent.

- Minimum 15 years of broad experience within Piping design & BIM for Large Chemical or API Projects, with ~5 years in Managerial role

- Deep industry knowledge in engineering consultancy, specifically in Plant 3D, BIM and engineering systems.

- Prove experience with strong management and leadership skills.
