Director - Operations - Mechanical Engineering (12-20 yrs)
Our client is a MNC and specializes in machine tool manufacturing. Our clients' tools have been recognized worldwide for superior precision, outstanding rigidity and exceptional reliability. With over 60 years of machine tool manufacturing experience, our client has established a strong foundation in the field of machinery in the area of Aerospace, Automotive, Die & Mold, Micromachining, etc.
We are working on this role along with our NPA Worldwide partner.
Our client is setting up a green field project in Coimbatore
Job title: Operation Director
To be in charge of a new production site for machine tools and expect to have around 100 headcounts in all.
This role will need to direct and control all production, purchasing and distribution operations of the factory to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
CEO will lead the Operation Director in person to master the whole production process and the industry chain properly. Then he will take full responsibility of the operations of this site independently.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors
- 12+ years experience in an industrial plant environment required
- 12+ years managing and developing employees required
- Previous machinery plant experience is preferred
- Familiar with machine tools industry
- Proficient English communication skills
