Qualification - B.Tech / BE - Civil with preferred Post Graduation in Project Management from a reputed / premier Institute
Location - Mumbai
CTC - CTC will not be a constraint for right candidate.
Experience
Should have 20 - 25 years of Project management/Construction exp is must for for large residential/ commercial project / township. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
Job Profile : -
Head construction activities of multiple projects by strategizing, planning and by ensuring maximum profitability from each project.
- To provide Leadership to each of the project from start to finish.
- In charge of all construction activities for large residential or commercial project / township / gated community.
- To strategize, plan and execute the projects right from conceptualization to final handover.
- Ensure high profitability is achieved in the projects.
- Implementation of International best practices to uphold / improve standards w.r.t. quality of construction, safety and compliances to regulations.
- Liaison and interaction with local officials and regulatory bodies.
- Play and active role in Design Coordination, award of Contracts and Contract Management.
