Director - Structural Engineering (7-25 yrs)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree is a plus
- PE/ SE license a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in precast concrete design and construction is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex engineering projects.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
