Distillery Head - Brewing Process (15-25 yrs)
Job Title Project Head - MPR Distillery
- Should have around 20-25 years of experience in the manufacturing / Alcohol distillation process with PLC based operations. Must have headed and handled ENA and MSDH plant as over all head.
- African exposure will be an added advantage.
Role/Function :
- To head the 120 KLPD Ethanol distillery project erected recently.
- He will be in charge of all issues arising out of Operations & Maintenance of the distillery.
- As the Head of the project, he is expected to drive the commissioning activity end to end.
- Reporting relationship /Span of Control
- Reports to the Group MD and BH
- The distillery O&M team members will report into this role.
Role Objective : Taking charge of the just erected project and lead the commissioning activity in due course.
Principal Accountability :
- For the monthly, quarterly, annual targets are set, agreed mutually and are met.
- Ensure smooth commissioning and bring in stabilisation of the operations & Maintenance of the MPR distillery initially, followed by setting up the Techno-Commercial structure end to end.
Required Technical skills and experience : Through knowledge of the MPR distillation - process knowledge of primary and secondary distillation processes.
