Dmart - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Architect (5-9 yrs)
JOB TITLE : Asst Manager/ Deputy Manager - Architect
Job Description:
- Checking correctness of drawings as per Local Municipal norms, Design coordination with external consultants must. Liaise Exp. will be an added advantage.
- Should have thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials.
- Ensure timely MIS Reports
- Should have good exposure to design of commercial buildings.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Google sketch-up and Revit (optional)
- Shall be responsible to coordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, Finance for timely deliverables
- Wherever required shall coordinate with Developers to ensure Dmart specifications are explained & adherence
Academic Qualification Mandatory- B Arch (or BE Civil with Exp. in Design Coordination) preferably with Hospitality (hotel / resort design) background and currently working with Design consultants, Hospitality companies or Builders/Developers who make mixed use properties containing hotels.
