DMC Healthcare - GM - Manufacturing - FMCG/Food & Beverage (10-13 yrs)
- Responsible for Production Planning & Control
- Responsible for Food safety, FSSAI & other Regulatory Compliance
- Responsible for Staff Recruitment, Manpower Management and handling IR issues
- Ensure that production and productivity targets are achieved.
- To ensure that the quality of the product manufactured is as per standards through establishment and review of quality systems.
- Organize necessary associated inputs & resources for delivering the necessary regional output.
- Create & deliver Manufacturing plan to Budget.
- Part of the regional decision making body and implementing the decisions effectively.
- To achieve trader, farmer and industry satisfaction through a survey after identifying the factors that satisfies them.Suggest and adopt good manufacturing practices.
- Suggest and adopt good manufacturing practices.
- To ensure appropriate development of people so that desired levels of performance and appropriate levels of skills and knowledge is maintained.
- To retain the existing wholesalers and retailers.
- To ensure that all relevant costs (PE, inventories, wastes) are within targets and improving in line with targets / standards.
- Customer handling and customer satisfaction.
- To ensure compliance to all statutory norms.
- Ensure compliance of QMS and ISO processes.
- Ensure smooth working environment and improving the morale of the employee's through employee engagement survey.
- To benchmark and introduce contemporary manufacturing practices and systems on an ongoing basis.
- To ensure adherence to EHS guidelines.
- Ensure employee safety at work and implement safety work practices.
- Introducing innovative initiatives in operations.
- Ensure quality of products.
- High level of understanding and experience in managing shop floor openings with responsibility of meeting manufacturing plan OTIF, Quality, Cost, Productivity and EHS.
- Escalate issues to the management which require management attention.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Atleast 10-12 years of experience in production industries.Ideally candidates who have had experience in handling production, engineering, process,quality and man management in large plants, and who are second to the Factory Manager.
- Post Graduates / Graduates with minimum 10 + years experience as Profit Centre Head / Business Unit Head from any Agri - based industries are also welcome to apply.
- Open to travel based on the business need.
- Should be a Go-Getter.
