Job Role :
- Supervises dock activities, including the sorting and delivery of incoming packages of FMCG products
- Knowledge of, load-in/load-out and loading dock operations
- Should have team handling experience of Picker and Packer/ Loader
- Supervises a staff (Picker and Packer/ Loader) of 10-30
- Oversees daily packing loading dock management of FMCG product, which includes logistics of all vehicle movement, vendor services
- Responsible for recording, storing and delivery of mail/packages to respective Shift managers
- Train, motivate and evaluate staff Picker and Packer/ Loader
