Donatekart - Manager - Operations (1-4 yrs)
This role would lead the entire procurement process and logistics at Donatekart. This Primary focus of this role is to support our organization in sourcing of products based on campaigners requirement, that comes up time to time. we are looking for someone who can reimage and institutionalize entire operations flow at Donatekart.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1) Lead the sourcing of products and handle logistics at Donatekart ,Obtain quotes from various approved sources, negotiate, compare the price and release Purchase Order.
2) Identify and partner with logistics firms who better fits in our model to ensure on-time delivery of products.
3) Identify and initiate continuous improvements in process flows which can smoothly scale our operations.
4) Analyze trends of donations happening over the year on the platform and get equipped with the stocks in place to cater to the campaigner's requirement. (e.g., in winters, blankets requirement goes up and during school seasons, for stationery)
5) Build and update the catalog of products time to time
6) Work with accounts team to analyze profitability campaign wise and subsequently take the necessary steps to cut down procurement and logistic charges
7) Perform consistency checks on the quality of products delivered and delivery time taken and take corrective actions
8) Prepare and executive vendor agreements with all the vendor partners and Classify them based on their performances as a preferred, blacklist vendor etc.,
9) Create a dashboard for order status and delivery and track performance in accordance with defined KPIs
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
1) Good communicational skills (especially fluency in English, Hindi)
2) Should be able to negotiate with Vendors
3) Good in MS office(word, excel primarily)
4) Sensible people with any Degree can apply.
5) Relevant prior experience preferred
