Driller - Water Well Drilling (10-19 yrs)

Job description:
- 10+ years- experience in water well drilling services, plus advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills;
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent; prefer a trade/technical school diploma;
- Be able to understand common drilling practices across a wide range of environments;
Have attention to details and confidentiality;
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills
- Display the ability to communicate professionally with customers and build a relationship
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine the proper steps to address issues
- Work well under pressure
- Must be a team-oriented person
- Technical writing skills
