- Material Handling 

Role & responsibilities : 

- Preparation of data sheet Design calculation and, Plot plan and G.A. drawing review.

- Interface with other engineering discipline like project, civil, electrical, instrumentation, purchase, client and vendor.

- Release of Material requisition item wise.

- Checking of vender drawing and data sheet as per tender specs, submission of documents to client for approval.

- Preparation of documents as per tender requirement for client approval/review.

- Handling of draftsman for drawing preparation, releasing of material requisition.

- Checking of vendor drawing /documents.

- Preparation of Proposal documents for tender purpose.

Preferred candidate profile : 

- Experience of 4 to 8 years in Belt conveyor, Bag filter, de dusting ducting, duct support, HVAC ducting and Material handling Equipment like, Air slide, Distribution box, Air Blower ( Twin lobe& Tri lobe), ID Fan, air Compressor up to 200 m3/hr FAD, Rotary air lock valve, Electrical hoist, chain pulley block, Passenger cum goods lift.

- Piping

Role & responsibilities : 

- Preparation of data sheet, Piping Design calculation and, Plot plan and G.A. drawing review, pipe support analysis.

- Interface with other engineering discipline like project, civil, electrical, instrumentation, purchase, client and vendor.

- Release of Material requisition B.O.Q. preparation. Checking of vender drawing (Isometric and model review in 3d software), data sheet of valve and related accessories as per tender specs, submission of documents to client for approval.

- Should have worked in engineering division of EPC companies or with having carried out engineering for vendors supplying equipment to EPC companies preferably in Thermal Power Plant, FGD, Oil and Gas etc.

- Should be conversant with Technical Specifications, System engineering, technical bid preparation, bid evaluation, technical evaluation of offers, contract requirements etc.

- Carried out pre and post engineering of packages involving layout preparation, BOQ estimation, Sizing calculation, GA Drawing, fabrication drawings, P&ID, PFD, Review design drawings from engineering data, providing supporting analysis and documentation as required.

- Must be conversant with the relevant code and standards.

- Must have inter disciplinary understanding of piping input/output system. Pipe rack routing and civil and structural interfaces.

- Capable of assuming team leader responsibilities; creating and organizing work packages as tasks for other team members.

- Build relationships with site leadership for multiple different sites and help design solutions for everyday problems.

- Modify and upkeep design layouts (AutoCAD, Sketchup) for As-built drawings.

- Preparation of Piping calculation, Piping layout, Preparation of valve data sheet, selection of pipe support and Pipe rack.

- Preparation of documents as per tender requirement for client approval/review.

- Handling of draftsman for drawing preparation, releasing of material requisition, checking of vendor drawing /documents.

- Preparation of Proposal documents for tender purpose.
