Dunzo - Store Manager (3-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain Store Performance Metrics in line with prescribed Targets & Thresholds.
- Drive Efficient Store & Inventory (Inbound & Outbound) Operations - Availability across Buckets,
- Days of Inventory, Timely Unloading & Inwarding, Stock-to Bin Alignment, Timely PO.
- Closures, Accurate Picking, Swift Dispatch Management, Minimal Wastage, etc.
- Ensure Availability of Inventory across Categories as per norms.
- Drive Store Profitability Goals by ensuring Store Opex is in line with the prescribed budgets and initiating corrective actions in case of variations.
- Ensure adherence to all SOPs & Guidelines in the stores - Attendance, Security, Inwarding, Consumables, Packaging, Discipline, IT, HR etc.
- Maintain systems to control pilferage/theft/fraud and ensure adherence to the same.
- Manage the Store employee lifecycle- Recruiting, Training, Monitoring & Mentoring.
- Ensure efficient utilization of Manpower by appropriate Rostering & Shift Planning of Staff.
- Work closely with peers in Supply and Procurement to ensure joint business metrics are achieved.
- Ensure regular checks & preventive maintenance of all Store Assets and manage escalations.
- Ensure Safety & Security of Stock, Company Assets, and Store Premises.
- Always maintain appropriate Health, Safety & Hygiene standards at the store.
- Ensure all Store-level Statutory & Legal Compliance Requirements are adhered to constantly.
Candidate Requirements :
- Should have an experience of at least 3 years in Retail Store/Supermarket/Warehouse ops etc.
- Should have efficient people management skills as this would involve running a store with a headcount of more than 30.
- Operations Exposure with large Modern Trade Chains is a plus.
Skills :
- Strong communication skills in Kannada, English & Hindi is a mandate.
- Organizational and Team management Skill.
- Leadership Qualities.
