Process responsibility in order team to deliver process design specifications and solutions. Provide support in process design area to other areas like sales, Issue resolution, PLC, and PC.

We are hiring for the role of Senior Process Engineer in Processing Liquid Food Solutions.

Required knowledge of the general principles of how food products are processed and packaged, the leading equipment used, the composition, quality aspects, and the hygienic requirements for the equipment, facilities, and operators. Expected good knowledge and experience in engineering practices, including Plants, process lines, applications, and technology to design Production Solutions. Knowledge and understanding of the engineering practices for designing food processing machinery, including applied food processing technology, hygienic design, general machine design, testing methods, and manufacturing techniques.

What will you do:

- Minimum 4 -7 years of engineering experience in Dairy, Beverages, or similar Liquid Food process industry.

- Lead a temporary team to accomplish internal processes or engineering development works

- Mentoring junior process engineers and their capability development

- Issue resolutions and query handling.

- Scope of supply; understand the scope of supply in contract/ Order form.

- Design Processing system; Being able to develop Flow chart (P&ID) and item list.

- Engineering: Being able to perform calculation and selection of piping, pumps, valves, Heat exchangers, instruments & vessels used in the food industry.

- Ensure system design includes Clean-in-Place (CIP) and complies with customer specifications, company standards, and State/Federal regulations.

- Engineering Tools: Using basic Matrix Pro-Designer functions, including AutoCAD and database.

- Customer focus: takes the initiative to ensure that opportunities to maximize the value added to the customers of the economy are taken.

- Plan and implement cost reduction, efficiency, and quality improvement program.

- Support customer and internal stakeholders for testing, commissioning, and site issues.

- A self-starter who takes the initiative in solving problems and creating opportunities for improvement without being asked. Able to work effectively on a day-to-day basis without direct supervision

- Positive outlook: takes advantage of opportunities to enhance own skills and knowledge.

We believe you have :

- Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in Dairy, Beverages, or similar Liquid Food process industry.

- Knowledge of Different Heat exchangers, Heat transfer calculations & basic reports.

- Knowledge of different Utilities: Being able to do calculations of plant and module utility consumptions.

- Documentation; Able to create project and customer documentation.

- Cost estimation for Pre-projects & Projects and plan for cost reduction.

- Time planning; Understand and work according to the time Plan.

- Can work under demanding timelines and situations.

- Test & review; Participate in tests and/ or reviews in project work.

- Assembly drawings : Reading and understanding assembly drawings and plant layouts.
