- Carry out feasibility study for finalizing location on proposed works
- Freezing Technical specification for civil works
- Estimation and costing for all civil works
- Vetting of BOQ and specification for all civil works involved
- Coordination with survey teams for finalizing Road, platform and internal transmission line survey works
- Providing technical support for all civil works
- Execution of all civil works
- Implementation of Field Quality Plan (FQP)
- Monitoring and review on progress of works
- Identification of suitable vendors
- Co-ordination for finalizing contract for all civil works
- Coordination with land teams
- Review of consultant survey reports
- Review Test reports for construction material and foundation concrete
- Implementation of EHS practices at all Projects
- Customer coordination for implementation of EHS and quality
- Extending technical support to logistics team
- Coordination with customer's representatives and consultants
