Senior Electrical Engineer (on-site)
- Responsible for survey work
- Allotting work to supervisors effectively and following up
- Monitoring of site progress as per the plan over actual
- Planning and efficiently organizing the work with site facilities to meet deadlines
- Day-to-Day management of site activities, monitoring/supervising the site labour force and subcontractors
- Handling invoices of sub-contractors and Vendors
- Responsible for all Civil (foundations), Erection activities and its Quality
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordination with clients
- Preparation of pole/Tower schedule.
- Preparation of material requisition notes and material consumption statements
- Verification of subcontractor bills and client bills
- Checking work Quality as per Field Quality Plan
- Inculcating safety awareness
- Attending client meetings at site
