- Good communication skills
- Ensure all site works are carried out adhering to quality and safety precautions.
- Monitor and inspect all site civil works.
- Providing correct information to the management on progress of site activities.
- Coordinating with HO and liaise with Site Electrical Manager for ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Maintaining good relationship with contractors and employees.
- Should have sound knowledge on all relevant IS codes to execute construction of WTG foundation, sub-stations, road & platforms and EHV transmission lines.
- Good track record with relevant experience and delivering success.
