Project EHS Head - Any Engineering background plus NEBOS / Diploma in Industrial Safety with experience in high rise residential buildings -15 to 25 years of experience.

The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following :

- You will be heading Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Function of Residential Buildings Projects based at Mumbai and be responsible for the overall EHS organization, providing quality EHS services to operations and facilitate in achieving benchmark performance.

- You will be responsible to ensure the implementation of B&F IC EHS Policy & Integrated Management System for EHS at the project sites.

- You will be responsible to develop & facilitate implementation of project specific guidelines & procedures to ensure that good EHS culture is established and all the hazards are identified and adequately controlled.

- You will be responsible to assist our operations team in preparing work method statements by sharing best practices adopted in high rise construction in gulf.

- You will be responsible to prepare project specific risk assessment for all activities, facilities at site, activities of visitors.

- You will be responsible to identify all legal requirements, facilitate compliance and monitor the compliance level.

- You will be responsible for identifying, designing and imparting site specific training for staff, subcontractor, workmen and visitors.

- You will be responsible to continually monitor the proactive & reactive EHS performance at project and facilitate operations to take necessary corrective & preventive action.

- You will be responsible to establish, implement and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedure at projects

- You will develop and maintain good working relationships with customers & consultants to ensure no interruption occurs due to EHS issues.

- You will develop effective working relationships with all employees and employees' representatives to ensure the maintenance of harmonious employee relations within the projects.

- You will perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
