EHS Manager - Transmission/Substation Projects (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for Manager- EHS (Safety) for Power Transmission / Substation projects located in Nagpur/ Kolkatta for a leading Power Distribution and Transmission Organisation in India and Globe.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate in establishing EHS requirement at site.
- Ensure the implementation of EHS system & norms as per IMS & HSE manual.
- Identifying the training needs and imparting training for staff, subcontractor and workman.
- Monitor and evaluation of legal requirements as identified at prescribed frequency.
- Conducting regular site specific inspection & campaigns.
- Timely reporting of EHS shortcoming to project manager for continual improvement.
- Preparing & updating site specific Project EHS Plan, Risk assessment & Safe Work Method.
- Reporting EHS statistics and monthly reports as per IMS manual.
- Conducting investigation of all incidents & initiate necessary CAPA.
- Ensure the PPE's, first aid facilities, work permit system, Screening & Induction of new workman.
- Handling and directing EHS Engineers to achieve the core dept Responsibilities
Specific Requirements:
Education : Should be completed any Engineering Graduation with approved Safety Diploma Certification from Recognised Institution.
Project Location : Willing to move across India according to the Projects
Salary:INR 13,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.
