We are looking for candidates with strong Service Mindset, Customer Orientation and People Management Skills. Those who have experience of 12+ years into service & maintenance, with a similar industry like ours, out of which at least 5 years- experience should be there into team management.

Designation : Senior Manager Existing Installation ( Service Head)

Location : Navi Mumbai

Reports to : Branch Manager

Organisation: A leading MNC into escalators and elevators

The Existing Installations (EI) Manager creates operational added value through the management of a team of EI Leaders (Asst./Area Managers) and through the support to the Branch Manager to meet branch targets

Key responsibilities include:

1. Actively manage, develop and coach EI team (quality, productivity, efficiency, customer orientation, etc.)

2. Supervise the EI Leaders (Asst./Area Managers) and EI Sales team to achieve targets on Mean Time Between Callbacks (MTBC), portfolio management, price, contract fulfillment, efficiency, etc.

3. Analyze root causes for deviations and set up corrective actions.

4. Ensure the application of the safety and health guidelines.

Expertise :

Desired experience in similar industry (with preferred exposure to service and maintenance) for overall 12 years and preferably 3 years in E&E industry.

Knowledge and Skills :

Desired E&E product knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, organization and planning skills, people management skills, customer oriented behavior, xxx Leadership Framework behaviors required.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics)
