Job Title: Electrical - Executive

Job Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical systems, maintenance and project management within an industrial setting. Electrical Executive will be responsible for overseeing the electrical operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing the performance of electrical systems to support our manufacturing processes and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems Management:

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in industrial facilities. Ensure that all systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Project Coordination:

- Manage electrical projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to achieve project objectives.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Implement preventive maintenance strategies to avoid future problems.

Team Leadership:

- Supervise and train electrical staff and technicians. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of electrical systems, maintenance activities, and project progress. Prepare and present reports to management as required.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical operations.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of electrical components and services.

- Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in all transactions.

Diesel Generator Operations:

- Monitor and manage the operation of diesel generators to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of generators.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Having Electrical B License, C license is preferred)

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or maintenance within an industrial setting. Proven track record in maintenance management and team leadership.
