Electric Design Engineer - Solar EPC (2-10 yrs)
Design & Development:
- Create detailed electrical designs and schematics for residential solar systems, including photovoltaic (PV) modules, inverters, and electrical wiring.
- Site Analysis: Conduct comprehensive site assessments to evaluate energy needs, roof layout, shading issues, and other critical factors for optimal solar system performance.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including design plans, installation guidelines, and compliance reports.
- Project Oversight: Manage the installation process, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, installation teams and end customer to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Quality Control: Perform Inspection, quality checks and system testing to ensure the solar installations meet performance expectations and operational standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and installations comply with local DISCOM and national electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Certification in solar energy systems is an advantage.
Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in electrical design for residential solar energy systems.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in solar design software's like PV-syst, AutoCAD, Staad Pro and other relevant design tools.
