Electrical CAD Design Engineer - Compressor Manufacturing (8-10 yrs)
- Electrical design according to local or IEC norms for electrical systems and relevant norms for hazardous areas
- Undertake responsibility for design and sizing of electrical components and systems based on project standards and specifications
- Design of interface and connecting diagrams for instrumentation and electrical equipment in project scope
- Electrical and mechanical design for control stations, operator panels, junction boxes
- Electrical and mechanical design for motor control center (MCC) panels
- Electrical and mechanical design for control panels (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
- Electrical and mechanical design for control stations, operator panels, junction boxes
- Extend and improve standard component libraries of the CAD system
- Improve and extend CAD engineering processed
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor degree in either electrical engineering or systems engineering, or similar education
- At least 3 years- experience in electrical and instrument design
- Experienced in the electrical and instrument design for explosive areas and safety integrity level principles
- Knowledge of PLC systems like Siemens, Allen Bradley. Further PLC systems' knowledge will be an asset
- Experience with electrical CAD and SAP, engineering base of advantage
- Experience with Aucotec Engineering Base CAD system will be an asset-
