Electrical Design Engineer - Power Transformer (6-16 yrs)
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive innovation and excellence in power transformer design.
- Define design objectives, priorities, and performance targets based on customer requirements, industry standards, and technological advancements.
- Lead and manage the electrical design team, including engineers, designers, and drafters, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
- Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the development of electrical designs for power transformers, including core design, winding design, insulation design, and cooling system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, materials engineering, and manufacturing, to optimize transformer designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
