Electrical Engineer (10-20 yrs)
Roles Expected:-
- Coordinate work functions of the EPC Project in his area of responsibility.
- Ensure quality of work and supervision.
- Ensure the implementation of corrective/Preventive/Shutdown activities to meet the Project goal.
- Ensure personnel's adherence to safe working.
- Provide technical expertise and improvements to the operational functions.
- Ensure at all times the availability of personnel, tools and test equipment's.
- Ability to supervise group of people from different technical backgrounds
- Do resource forecasting for the timely completion of given work.
- Ensure projects are completed per project plans.
- Daily operations of field work activities and organization of subcontractors.
- Regular contracts status reports.
- Communicate with subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time
- Frequently visit the construction site to monitor the progress and catch any problems that may occur.
Expected Candidate Profile:-
- Must have Gulf Experience
- Must have supervisory capability to direct the EPC of the complete facility.
- Must can make quick, sound decisions.
- Basic understanding of Program scheduling techniques.
- Inspects job sites to ensure specified procedures, standards, Fire & Safety Regulations are followed.
