Electrical Engineer (3-8 yrs)
- Masters in electrical engineering, applied physics or a related STEM field plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience OR Ph. D. in electrical engineering, applied physics or a related STEM field
- Experience or training in physics and modeling of semiconductor devices
- Experience working independently in a collaborative research environment
- The ability to acquire and maintain a DOE Q Security Clearance
Qualifications We Desire :
- Knowledge of semiconductor device modeling software (e.g., TCAD, COMSOL)
- Exposure to electrical circuit design (analog or digital) and/or modeling experience
- Able to work both collaborative and independent work environments
- Knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Matlab, Python, C/C++)
