Electrical Engineer (8-10 yrs)
1. Must be able to read all electrical drawings, visualize, plan and execute work with contractors and must be able to identify faults in the process and rectify them.
2. Must be able to intelligently understand the CAD Drawings of Electrical. Must be also able to for see and identify from drawings if there is anything wrong or infirmity / weakness in plan or any incorrectness/discrepancy in drawings.
3. In Plant - Should have knowledge of Electrical Equipment like DBs, Transformers, HT Panels, LT Panels, VCBs, etc.
4. At Sub Station - Knowledge of VCBs, Capacity calculation for current and future expansion, various other requirements of drawing lines from District Sub Station to Plant location, Type of conductors and selection of conductors, Poles etc.
5. Must be able to carry out all lighting work including lay out for cable trays, lights, exhaust systems etc.
6. Must have knowledge of Erection of Boilers, TFH, Washing / De- Oiling Range, Dyeing Machines, Finishing Machines, Stenters, Knitting Machines, Relax Dryers, Compactors, Mahlo Unit, Scanners, etc.
7. Knowledge of electrical work pertaining to erection and commissioning of Chilling Plants / Humidification plants; Air Compressors etc.
8. Must have sufficient knowledge of handling problems during erection and commissioning and operations of all the machinery (especially Utilities), and technically Production machines also.
9. Must be able to lead a team of electricians and coordinate with other department heads for carrying out improvements and or scheduled maintenance work and break down maintenance work etc. Moreover company strongly believes in preventive and scheduled maintenance which is mandatory rather then break down maintenance.
10. Must possess knowledge of Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Coating, Garment Machinery like, Sewing Machines, Spreading and Cutting Machines of automatic type like Gerber Cutter, Laboratory Machines, Automatic Dyes & Chemicals, Dispenser with complete automation, PLC driven and Microprocessor controlled machines etc.
11. Must be able to identify areas for Electrical Energy conservation at later stage in the plant after plant is put in production.
12. Must have some previous track record of CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan in improvement of efficiencies of Boiler or TFH or any production machines coordinated with production teams, in terms of electrical savings etc.
Qualities/Skills Required:
1. Experience: 5 - 10 years in textile industry
2. Age Group :25 to 30 Yrs. Preferably.
3. Educational Background: Degree Holder in Electrical Engineering.
4. Preferable - Candidate should have experience in setting up a greenfield project or overseeing a significant expansion in a current facility
5. Expected Role : Manager Electrical
