Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).

1. Developing concept designs, conducting design reviews, Conduct Failure analysis, Reverse/Redesign components/Circuits The Electrical Engineer shall participate in all stages of product development from design through manufacturing support and system integration

2. Perform engineering analysis of power electrical circuits and systems Perform hardware bring up and integration and support systems hardware software integration Provide complete documentation, product verification and part's list

3. Write product and test specifications Provide technical support for manufacturing, production and fielded equipment

4. Collaborating effectively with Design, Q&R, CAE, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to offer solutions in a timely manner

5. Will be dedicated to meet short deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of ownership for timely and accurate completion

6. Will have strong attention to detail, and a high degree of focus on customer satisfaction

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

- Strong background & experience in Electrical & Control system designs, Reverse/re Engineering of Circuits, Assemblies and Printed Circuit boards using Design software like Orcad, Pcad, PADS, Matlab, Altium

- Product Design & Engineering background needed (preferably from Equipment or SPM Manufacturing)

- Exposure/knowledge of vacuum systems, plasma, RF, material handling automation, thermal, and flow systems desirable

- Experience in working with suppliers, partners in material selection/Special processes for the deposition (CVD, PVD) equipment and entire Solar line

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

Experience: 

- 5+ years hands on Electrical & Control system designs, Reverse/re Engineering of Circuits, Assemblies and Printed Circuit boards using Design/Analysis software like Orcad, Pcad,PSPICE PADS, Matlab, Altium etc,

- Ability to design of PCBAs, Control architecture, Motion Control, Electromechanical Assemblies, Components and subsystems, Cable Routing on Equipment.

- Able to deliver designs, Reverse/ Re engineer designs, Failure Analysis etc.

- Working knowledge of a large variety of materials (aluminum, steel, composites, foam, etc.)

- Familiarity with automation equipment & protocols(SCADA, PLC, Ethercat, VFD etc

- Clear communicator, team player

- Qualification Necessary Bachelors degree electrical
