Electrical Engineer - Pharmaceutical Company (10-18 yrs)
We are looking for Electrical Engineer - Manager for leading Pharmaceutical company to be based in Bangalore.
Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required.
- Engineering degree in Electrical or Electrical related subject, with 12-15 years of experience.
- Sound understanding of HV & LV in an industrial environment.
- Understanding of a manufacturing environment.
- Sound understanding of National & International regulations for electrical equipment.
- Good communication, presentation, numeracy and literary skills.
- Understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards in both personal behaviors and position of responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to the changing business environment.
- Implement plans and hold self and team fully accountable for delivering short and medium-term goals.
- Seeks to raise levels of performance by establishing an improvement process, or setting specific, measurable targets and goals linked to company business needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and planning tools (e.g. MS Project).
- Preferably Karnataka domicile potential talents.
- Sound understanding of HV & LV in an industrial environment.
- Strong relationship building, team working and influencing skills.
Knowledge/ Education/Experience Required :
- Preferred Level of Education - B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical)
- Area of Specialization - Pharmaceutical / FMCG with overall electrical engineering experience.
