Electrical Head - Maintenance Services (10-12 yrs)
Overview :
- Manager- Electrical is a specialist and administrator who manage Electrical Facilities operations at multiple locations and maintenance activities, coordinates facility programs and projects, and supervises building personnel;
- By inspecting the Critical facility, analyzing building data, forecasting future needs, solving problems, and communicating with others; to ensure the efficient and sustainable operations of the facility and the satisfaction of the facility occupants.
Key Tasks Performed by the role are :
- Managing Electrical O&M Programs
- Managing People/Personal
- Managing Electrical related projects
- Facilitating Strategic Planning Activities
- Managing Facility Assets
- Preparation MIS for Sr management
- Preparation and Managing budgets for operations
Job Requirement :
- Should be electrical Engineering graduate with experience of 10 - 12 yrs
- Should have experience of handling AC & DC motors and drives
- Preferably have experience of extrusion and forming machines
- Should be capable of leading a team of qualified engineers and technicians
- Should have good analytical skills and trouble shooting skills
- Should be having good knowledge of commercial aspects in his field.
