Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Jammu

Experience: 3-7 Years

Must-have :

- Experience of LT panel, switch gear and Circuit Breaker ON/OFF testing.

- Experience in electrical maintenance.

- Experience in Production.

JD :

MAINTENANCE :

1. LT panel,swichgear and Circuit Breaker ON/OFF testing

2. MPDB and MLDB maintenance

3. Plant machinery electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

4. Power failure/Tripping record

5. Operation, routine maintenance of UPS system, coordination with OEM for repair in events of breakdown.

7. Ensure availability of all tools/ tackles for operation and maintenance work

8. Ensure compliance with respect to all applicable statutory requirement.

9. Indenting of consumables in time and ensure no stock out of the same as required.

10. Specific permit record to be maintained for issuing any electrical work permits.

PRODUCTION :

1. Line clearance for Machine, man before start of production for each product.

2. GHP/GMP Scoring of manpower for hygiene, quality.

3. Master Central report documentation at the end of shift inclusive of yield, wastage, production, dispatch,stock data (shelf life, quality clearance ) and daily updation of the same.

4. Ensure concerned FG's and RM's are sent to CQAL on pre agreed period and maintain a Peenya status report.

5. Highlighting critical RM/PM stock, shelf life

6. Ensuring periodic monitoring of pre-set values for the plant- Temp, RH, Deep freezers along with startup activities.

7. Conducting PQI at the end of the daily production along with ME.

8. Safety, Quality and Hygiene audits to be conducted as per defined frequency norms.

9. FMEA for process flows and new product lines.

10. Timely implementation of productivity/wastage improvement activities
