Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Construction Project (0-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Knowledge about Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and carpentry, PA system
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
- Responding to electrical breakdowns .
- Have to repair and replace power switches, fuses, and wall sockets.
- Should also troubleshoot electrically powered appliances such as ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems, and garage doors.
- Supervising and coordinating with external workers
- Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- Maintaining Energy Consumption records and reporting on daily basis
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment - Inventory & Goods record
- Maintenance technicians are also responsible for fixing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly status report on Maintenance schedules and activities to management
- Local goods procurement if needed
- Office decorations during festival occasion
- Apartment Maintenance & Tenants facility services management
- Apartment tenants rental follow-up
QUALIFICATION : BE/DIP EEE
EXPERIENCE : 0-5 YEARS
SALARY : 10000-20000
