Job Description :

We have an urgent opening for Procurement profile for Vapi location for leading Chemical Industry

Qualification Required:BE/Btech Electrical

Experience Required:2-6 yrs

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for optimizing plant production to meet the customer requirements by strategizing & planning production activities

- Streamline the systems and procedures for effective inventory control to ensure ready availability of materials to meet the production targets

- Responsible to manage & review procurement of all types of material and services at effective techno economic price Monitor all types of purchase, negotiations, value analysis and cost control

- Manage "Status Holder Incentive Scheme" and ensure its timely utilization in Material Master as well as Vendor Master

- Ensure effective logistics for the timely dispatch of goods

- Prepare negotiation strategies and close deals at optimal terms

- Manage existing vendors by evaluating them on a regular basis and also appraise & introduce new vendors to explore the possibilities for better value propositions

- Lead a team of purchase engineers and develop them by providing training to enhance their skills
