About the role:

The Senior Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer with Experience of 5+years, overseeing the Design, Development and Optimization of Electro-Mechanical Systems and Components. This role requires extensive experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, as well as strong leadership skills to mentor and guide the engineering team. The ideal candidate will also be capable of conceptualizing and designing innovative solutions from the ground up.

You are expected to do:

- Interact with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, ensure their needs and convey the requirement to the Team.

- Design and develop complex Electro-Mechanical Systems and components, from Concept to Production.

- Provide technical guidance and support junior engineers and other team members.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be a great fit if you have:

- B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

- Experience in Product Development like LV/MV/Arc Resistance Switchgears/Distribution Panels.

- Proven Skills in design & Heat Dissipation Calculations, Structural and Thermal Analysis.

- Experience in Designing Enclosures, Busbars, Insulating supports, Material Selection.

- Experience in OEMs will be an added advantage.

- Hands-on experience in Standards like UL, NEMA & IEEE standards.

- Exposure in Protection Control Equipment's like ACB, MCB, MCCB, Switches.

- Exposure in selection of CTs/PTs and utility metering.
