Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer (6-17 yrs)

Job Description :
- Experienced designer of Enclosures, Injection Molded Plastics, Precision Machined Metals
- Serve as Mechanical architect for product design projects, that involve design and application of plastics and metal
- Experience in complete Product Development Life Cycle, Concept, Design, Simulation
- Experience in Rapid Prototyping, FAI, Testing, Design for Manufacturability, Transition to manufacturing
- Experience in electromechanical systems, enclosure design for ingress protection, thermal design using both passive cooling methods
- Experience in design for several manufacturing methods, including injection molded thermoplastics, thermoformed and pressure formed plastics, investment casting, reaction injection molding, urethane casting, 3D printing plastics and metals, ultrasonic welding
- Experience in mechanical aspects of Compliance Testing and Certification for IEC and UL including FCC, EMI/EMC, ESD, Acoustic, and safety compliance
- Experience in Thermal Analysis, Reliability, DFT and DFM Analysis, Vibration testing etc
- Experience in Product Qualification Testing and Certification for EMI/EMC, ESD, UL Safety, IEC, compliance, Risk management
- Experience in SolidWorks 3D modeling, Pro E, static loading FEA, design for manufacturability for high volume production quantities, engineering material selection
- Review and implement designs and provide guidance for Mechanical design
- Successfully deliver all Mechanical design Projects with on time delivery, Quality
- Develop and Implement good Mechanical design guidelines and Process
- Find ways to Provide additional Mechanical design Services and expand Mechanical design solution offering
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Team Player
- Willing to be on onsite assignments based on org needs
