Job Title: Electromagnetic and Acoustically Shielded Enclosure Engineer

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced engineer to oversee the construction, management, and maintenance of an electromagnetic and acoustically shielded enclosure which is getting constructed in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing execution of the project and interact with the construction agency on a daily basis. Once the project is completed, he shall oversee all necessary operations and maintenance activities related to the enclosure to ensure its optimal functioning. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to understand the requirements at site and manage project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Availability at site (Gurgaon) on daily basis (during the construction phase).

- Availability at site (Gurgaon) on weekday basis (during the operations/maintenance phase).

- Plan and oversee the construction of an electromagnetic and acoustically shielded enclosure, including fabrication, installation, and testing.

- Execute maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal functioning of the enclosure.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technicians, and maintenance personnel, to ensure the effective operation of the enclosure.

- Handle test equipment such as oscilloscope, signal generator, antennas and associated equipment.

- Keep up to date with the latest technological advancements.

- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.

- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of electromagnetic and acoustically shielded enclosures.

- Strong knowledge of electromagnetic and acoustic shielding principles and materials.

- Proficient in reading CAD drawings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
