Electronic Control Expert - EPS (10-27 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for steering performance matching
2. Responsible for root cause analysis and resolution of EPS electronic control's systematic problems (vibration, noise, low temperature control performance etc.)
3. Responsible for proposing the steering system matching parameters according to the development goals
4. Responsible for new technology research of steering system, matching technology research and establishment of matching process and specifications (development of steering system and its parts, matching process and specification, has a certain understanding of steering system's cutting-edge technology, master the key technologies, such as power control and failure safe of retarding mechanism, electronic control unit, control strategy)
5. Able to master the influence factors of various performance requirements, such as products- s ride comfort of power, real-time of control system, stability of high-speed drive, and put forward the solutions
6. Steering regulations trace and adaptability analysis
7. Guide the technical personnel to improve their professional skills in steering field
8. Responsible for establishing and optimizing steering system test and validation specifications
9. Responsible for solving the comprehensive problems related to steering system
10. Able to establish the test equipment requirements of steering system independently
11. Able to analyze the technology correlation of steering system's all relevant parts, able to lead the system development work
Qualifications :
1. College degree or above
2. Major in Automotive Engineering, Electronic Technology, Electronic Information, Mechanical Design or related professions
3. Over 10 years work experience in the technical post of automotive steering field, with strong organization and coordination abilities, over 35 years old
