- Manage various project trainings being run in parallel
- Advice, Innovate and Implement new on-hands, real world project plans/ideas for our clients (students looking for internships across Australian market)
- Form a team of professionals providing world class simulated project training
- Co-ordinate within and across teams/colleagues to understand issues/blockers and help resolve them at a fast pace
- Assess student capabilities/ team performance and mentor on need basis
- Ensure projects stick to timelines and have regular checks/meetings about the progress made on the program
- Keep the management informed of the proceedings.
