Job Title: Technical Lead - FuSa (Functional Safety)

Responsibilities:

- Analyze Customer Safety Requirements: Understand and interpret customer safety needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Manage Functional Safety Interactions: Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all safety requirements are met.

- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise on safety mechanisms and ensure compliance with standards like ISO26262.

- Support Software Architecture Design: Assist teams in designing software architecture that adheres to safety standards.

- Technical Safety Concept Development: Work on developing and refining the Technical Safety Concept and Technical Safety documents.

- Project Management: Oversee safety-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in functional safety, software development, and project management in automotive Engineering, or a related field

- Certifications: Certification in Functional Safety (e.g., ISO 26262) is highly desirable.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO26262,ASPICE), safety analysis techniques (FMEA, FTA), and safety-critical systems. software architecture, and programming languages.

- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team and managing complex projects, providing technical guidance and support.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
