Certifications required:
Primary Skills required (60%):
1. Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD-Siemens make, other make also work for this job role.
2. Smart communication skills and technical knowledge to sell the product or give solutions.
3. 4 to 7 years sales experience in Automation services industry line.
Secondary Skills required (20%):
1. Confidently sell Automation products, services
2. Good contact in the industry
3. Brings contacts, connects of decision makers of clients.

KRAs-Day-to-day tasks:
1. Sell Automation products/solutions to prospective customers.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets
3. Establish / maintain customer and channel partner contacts
4. Visit prospective customers and provide technical, product information, demonstration and pilot project
5. Prepare and present product/solution presentation and other relevant information
6. Prepare response to RFP/RFQ/Tenders
7. Engage with prospective clients in techno commercial discussions
8. Continually strive to become more familiar with Automation products and technologies
9. Provide expert approach/application support to design/execution teams and Partners to meet customers requirements and optimize solutions
10. Respond to design/execution teams to get requirements coordinated and finalized with the customers in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
11. Business development and marketing support to create awareness about our company to industrial clients.
12. Supports strategic planning and forecasting. Research, develop and maintain competitive and market information.
13. Maintain technical competence of company's products, applications and services.
14. Post sales follow-up to create outstanding customer value.
15. Should have PLC knowledge ; preferred OEMS, Siemens
