Energy Management Role - Electric Vehicle (3-30 yrs)
JD : Energy Management
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in energy management, power electronics, and electric vehicle systems design, development, and validation.
- Technical leader responsible for jointly working to guarantee that the performance (Energy management and Drivability) development and validation activities will meet the expected performance, quality, timing and cost targets.
- To lead regular review sessions to jointly elaborate the virtual and physical design proposals and respective action plans by performing the root cause analysis and providing technical solutions for problems mitigation as required.
- To weekly report to Program Attributes Manager informing the development and validation progress and escalate critical hard points where higher leadership help and support would be required.
- Founded background of Powertrain architecture & vehicle energy systems
- Experience leading the overall energy management and range optimization of the complete vehicle in at least 1 EV-program before.
- Robust background of VCU Calibration, including subjective evaluation & benchmark of vehicle performance & drivability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
