Job title: Engineer/Executive Interior Designer
Responsibilities :
- Develop a strong foundation in interior design and architecture to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient spaces.
- Create designs and drawings as per project requirements, utilizing tools like AutoCAD, 3D design software, and Google Sketches.
- Design and execute interior spaces across office areas, including open-plan spaces, meeting rooms, lounges, and collaborative zones.
- Manage the complete design process from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and company standards.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that reflect the company's brand identity, culture, and practical requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are implemented as planned.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
- Oversee design and construction management processes.
- Provide technical inputs and coordinate with engineering, purchase, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (B. Tech in Architecture or equivalent).
- 7-10 years of professional experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing office, commercial spaces & residential areas.
- Strong understanding of space planning, lighting design, ergonomics, and furniture design for office environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design software, and Google Sketches.
- Proven experience in overseeing design and construction management, with a strong background in real estate business operations.
