Engineer - Product Development - Electric (0-3 yrs)
Importance of Position :
This role is intended to develop a new product & components (Electric)
The goal is to drive Product & component Development function successfully that improves our deliverability as per the market demand.
Skills Needed:
Strong in regional language Hindi/Gujarati. English is added advantage.
Developing a EV - Charger, Controller, Converter, Motor, Etc and testing.
Strong Electric & Power electronics knowledge with prior experience
Schematic entry, simulation/analysis, PCB layout verification, prototype testing and Manufacturing
Minimal verbal presentation and written communication skills
Able to work quickly under multiple task pressure without direct supervision.
Able to understand technical diagrams and manuals
Aware of electrical, mechanical and chemical - basics, health and safety norms
Exposure to MS -Office, Email, Travelling to new places and appropriate health
Roles & Responsibilities :
This position has to design, develop the EV key components
This position will be based in our Manufacturing factory.
The specific task also include the ARAI/Icat approval assistance
Submit timely (Daily/weekly/monthly) reports to Management
Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to staff base when required
Involve with other team members to establish best practices/decisions and Act independently when required
Maintain corporate values and policy
