Job Description :
- Making the detail planning BOM with respect to top level BOM for all sub assemblies.
- Checking store stock for inventory items.
- Prepare raw material cutting size for all listed manufacturing parts as per planning BOM.
- Making TCS BOM and Routing as per BOM.
- Preparing 3 separate lists for plasma cutting, laser cutting and in-house cutting.
- Checking raw material stock and ordering shortage material as per raw material requirement list (Raw material planning).
- Releasing raw material cutting order to both plasma section (At Peenya) and to in-house power hacksaw machine and monitoring the cutting activities.
- Releasing the work order to S/C team along with 1 set of complete drawing for further S/C team action.
- Co-ordinating for Raw material movement to vendor's upon receipt of subcontract delivery challan from vendor engineers.
- Regular raw material planning for batch quantity work order's like FL 400 & 500 chamber, Gate valves, RPV- s, Magnetron- s, EB 3 gun and KITE pumps.
- Regular monitoring of raw material stock.
